Final Fantasy 3 Changing Jobs, Now Available On Android Devices

Square Enix?s Final Fantasy III?is finally playable on Android outside of Japan, as the Google Play store has updated the app with international downloadability.

Japan-region Google users got their hands on the game last March, and PSP version is coming up this fall.

Getting that RPG for mobile use isn?t cheap, though. Picking it up for your Android device of choice will set you back a bit with a sizable $15.99?price tag.?Still, it?s not like the release isn?t specialized. FFIII?s official listed features include a few new goodies for those of you who couldn?t buy the game on DS or any iOS devices:

  • New and improved 3D visuals and story sequences only for Android
  • Smooth, intuitive touch-panel controls specifically tailored to Square Enix?s smartphone RPGs
  • Quicker browsing through the monster bestiary and other game records
  • New visual designs for the Job Mastery Cards

As long as your smartphone or tablet is running?Android 2.2 (Froyo) or better, you?re in good shape to get it for much cheaper than you would with the $40 DS game. Then again, most places sell it used for just 15-10 bucks or cheaper.
