Are you wanting to learn how to build your business online? Maybe you don?t have that much money to start a business? Maybe only $50?s or most $150 starting out?
First off, take all the mainstream talk of how to build a business, and throw it out the window. Most of it is bullshit. This even includes your local small business bureau, or Chamber of Commerce who most of the time give 99% piss poor advice.
If you want to learn how to build a business online, ask someone, and or many other people how they?ve done it ? and hopefully successfully. ? If your wanting a great burger, ask your local burger flipper. ? and if your wanting heart surgery, ask your local heart surgeon for advice. You certainly would not ask your local burger flipper advice on heart surgery procedures, and you?d certainly most like not ask your surgeon for burger flipping advice. The same holds true for starting a business. Why ask a worker, a person who collects a check to give advice on how to be an entrepreneur? 99% of the advice they give is going to be bullshit. I?ve seen this happen time and time again. (Not to say that the free tips and tools they have there, like magazines and books and maybe access to other business owners wouldn?t be helpful?. but who needs that when we have the power of the internet? ? And access to other online succesful business owners?)
The first step to consider, is what do you want to market to the market place?
It?s not so important that you understand how to do everything, but rather or not is there a market for what you MIGHT offer versus what you?ve already created. Don?t create anything yet until you know there?s a market. ? And or create it, and just move to where the demand IS.
(If you don?t know how to ?validate? a business idea, just create it, follow the problems and solutions people are needing, and just make sure your making money somewhere doing it. Try placing a random advertisement for little to know money, just asking people if they?d buy, or maybe what they?re needing and just cater to that. Some people use surveys, some adds, just get creative and see what people need.)
CHECK OUT how this ?home-less? van man is making a kill?n teach people how to build their business online. A great example at great marketing, and a great system.
Let me explain: When I first started building my business online, I was in this mode where I was trying to understand how the wealthy became wealthy. As such I read every book, delved in every YouTube video, and started just really collecting a vast array of information and tools really that I believed could REALLY help alot of people. But what I soon learned was that it was handy to have a SYSTEM THAT WAS ALREADY IN PLACE, and something as well that I already knew had a market. ? I didn?t necessarily know I had to test it out, and found out whether or not there was a market, or rather if I could ?make a living from it.?) That?s never really been my interest per se but it soon came to be. ? So needless to say, my want on how to teach people the lessons of how the wealthy become wealthy soon later evolved to teaching people how to build their businesses online. It wasn?t my choice, it?s just where the demands and needs took me. It?s what people needed, and it where people were willing to pay for a service that they really loved. (And often times getting much of the information for free.)
What I soon learned was that my original ideas began to shift out of necessity, to what my customers were willing to pay, and what they needed help with. (As well wasn?t trying to get customers as well, but with traffic and providing value online, people began reading my content and as well subscribing to my blog and the tips and the tools that were found there.)
Well to get to the meat and potatoes of this blog: How do people start businesses online, and how do they do so many times for as much as only a $100 investment?
Well the key is just to get started. You?ll need a website. (Don?t be worried about this. I didn?t nor do still know how to build a website.) I went to GoDaddy.com, and bought a website name, got hosting, and then had them do all the ground work getting me a hosting account specifically for WordPress (Don?t? worry WordPress is FREE and you can get alot of of free advice going to WordPress.org, and you can get free website or blog templates that you can start testing/?validating? your product or service on.)
DON?T SPEND ALOT OF MONEY! AND DON?T WORRY IF IT DOESN?T WORK! IT?S NOT SUPPOSED TO WORK! YOUR JUST SUPPOSED TO FIND OUT WHAT YOUR PEOPLE NEED, AND WHERE YOU CAN FIND YOUR PEOPLE!
The key is not to worry about it. Take your business plan and just throw it out of the window. Books and business advisers (noticed how they collect checks not assets) again will tell you to waste your valuable time on collecting ideas. Forget those ideas, just start. Start. Test. Adjust. And move where the problems are. If you find where some massive problems are and you start creating some very massive value, then hords of people will start following you.
This homeless ?van-man? found probably one of the neatest ways to help people with their problems, and is making a killing solving those problems. Take a look. Pretty amazing story.
So you created your website. Now you just need to drive traffic to it. A website without DAILY traffic is a waste of time. No matter what people tell you. I?ve seen time and time again that you will get absolutely no results unless you blog everyday or create content each and everyday, for atleast 103 days. I tell people 90 days, but they often slack off and not blog every day so they dont? get the results they want in those alloted 90 days.
So you have to drive traffic to your website, but how do you collect that data, and how do you monetize those sells on autopiolot without having to work, and collective massive checks?
Well that is easy. I do that all the time on this website.
The key again is to just automate. Aweber works great for that. (?Opt? in at the upper right hand of this page and I?ll show you for free how to use Aweber and how you can get some massive leads with it and other techniques.)
So you?ve got Aweber, but what if your not really into building websites, or moreover putting one up that?s really really easy, or rather you?d like one up that does all the job as serving as the website, AND collecting the leads for you. Well Empower serves great for that. It?s only $25?s , and will make you a killer side income, and as well takes all the learning curve away. I highly recomend you taking a strong look at it. I do it as well as running a website(s).
So you?ve got your websites up. Your collecting subscribers. Even making some sells. Well how do you scale it up, or rather strategically grow your business. This is probably the number one problem I see with startups. I think what I like with Empower as well is that it has those specific trainings in what they call their ?Inner Circle? trainings. Yes the trainings are primarily for internet marketers but any entrepreneur or startup business owner can use these trainings for anything. I?ve used training programs like My Lead System Pro, even training programs in network marketing companies which really don?t work either for getting online leads of your/my business, but Empower offers some pretty nice options.
