Most of this weight consists of fats that are located at various parts of the body. These fats always concentrate themselves around the waist and the stomach area.
The key to fight this and to stay in good shape and have a flatter belly is to make sure to change your daily routine at home. Try to integrate different forms of physical activity in your daily routine while working at home as much as you can. You can?t use that excuse of having no time because you are at home and you can easily spare two or three hours from work in order stay in shape and to do some physical workout. Not only that but you will have to watch out what you eat and what you put in your body while working. Stay away from fatty and sugary food and indulge in fiber rich food like fruits. Also drink as much water as you can while drinking a couple of green tea cups throughout the day in order to increase he metabolism rate of your body.
