Disney Consumer Products India, the licensing & merchandising arm of The Walt Disney Company India, has done its first licensing deal in the real estate sector with Mumbai-based real estate company Sunteck Realty to launch Disney Inspired Homes in Goregaon, the Northern suburb of Mumbai.
The Disney inspired homes will have Disney branded furnishing, home d?cor, color palettes, bedding, bath fittings and more to bring the Disney experience to the family.
The project will also have Disney kids recreational areas such as a swimming pool, play zone, and party and activity areas.
Spread over 23 acres, the project ?Sunteck City? has a developable area of six million Sq.ft.
